Salsa? On a Waffle?


To the uninitiated, the term “meal replacement” might equate to shake or protein bar.  Far from it.  The Health One meal replacements we use are very versatile.  When I saw a Black Friday deal for a $10 waffle maker at Kohl’s, I snapped it up.  This waffle contains two Creamy Potato Soup meal replacements, one teaspoon of taco seasoning, and a tablespoon of corn meal mix.  Delicious.

What’s the least shake-like thing you’ve made with a meal replacement?
