Meal Replacement Planner

Have you ever gone out of town and run out of meal replacements?  It’s not fun.  I travel quite a bit for work during “conference season,” and I often plan out my meals before I leave.  To know exactly how many boxes of food I’ll need, I’ve created this handy-dandy Meal Replacement Planner.  You enter how many of each item you want to eat per day, how many of those days you’ll have, and voila!  It tells you how much food to buy.

If you’re a spreadsheet person, this will make some sense.  If you’re not a spreadsheet person, that’s OK.. Just double-check that the result you get makes logical sense before you put in an order for 72 cases of Creamy Potato Soup.

This planner is available in Google Docs or as an Excel spreadsheet.  Comment here if you need help working it once you’ve read the instructions tab.

Do you have any handy tools that keep you organized when planning meals?
