Thank You For Being a Friend

I just wanted to thank you for being a part of my journey.  When I get discouraged, disillusioned, or just unmotivated it’s helpful to me to know that there are folks out there following my progress and rooting for me.  I recently had to talk myself off the couch and onto the walking path.  I’m doing my best to “practice what I preach,” and it helps immensely to know that you’re there for me.

Danny .. I know exactly how hard it is to do what you are doing .. and so proud of you for it .. Wish i had been as motivated as you are to do something about weight loss. Now that I am in my sixties it is very very difficult to move and get around. I spend many days being very depressed because of bad choices I made when I was much younger. Keep up the good work
