Cinnamon Banana Waffles
1 Vanilla MR
1 T. Bisquick complete pancake waffle (26 cal)
1/2 teaspoon cinnamon
1/2 T. sugar free, fat free banana cream pudding mix (5 calories)
1/2 teaspoon Molly McButter (2.5 calories)
Add enough water to get a semi-thin batter consistency, and pour into
waffle maker. Mine cooked in 1-2 mins in my waffle maker.
Sweet Chocolate Cupcakes
Use 3 MR’s (2 chocolate, 1 vanilla)
mix in 1 T. diet hot chocolate mix
1/2 teaspoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon vanilla
Then, add 3 Tablespoons of unsweetened apple sauce, and blend together
Add in enough water to make a “cake mix batter” consistency and stir.
Place cupcake liners into standard-sized muffin tin and fill 2/3 full
Bake at 350 degrees for 7 minutes
Then, place 1 teaspoon of sugar free jelly (I like blackberry or
raspberry) in the center of each cupcake. Press down so the filling is
