Ping Pong Balls

If you’ve been with me since the beginning, you know that I keep a jar beside my TV that I put ping pong balls in.  I add one ball for every pound I lose.  I posted a picture of my full jar on Facebook, but I thought I’d put the whole collection here.  Mary (of No Longer A Grim Girl) has suggested I visit youth groups and tell my story, passing out ping pong balls as a reminder of the obesity epidemic and my journey.

For now, I’ve put 100 of my “pounds” away in a container and left the remaining balls in the glass for “seed.”
