Peanut Butter Pie Filling

When I was a kid, my mom would make a delicious Peanut Butter Pie, which was essentially Cool Whip, peanut butter, cream cheese, sugar, and more sugar in a graham cracker crust.  When I was told I needed to increase my protein intake, I tried adding PB2 to a Vanilla Meal Replacement.  Without realizing it, I had stumbled upon something that tastes quite similar to Mom’s Peanut Butter Pie filling.  Instead of a traditional Thanksgiving dessert, try this:

There really is no recipe here.  Add a tablespoon of PB2 to a Vanilla Meal Replacement, mix the ingredients, add water, and enjoy.
