When I think about vacation trips, they usually involve a lot of eating, drinking, and shopping. I’m a confirmed anti-shopper, and I only get one small meal and one snack per day that isn’t in the form of a powdered meal replacement. That leaves drinking. Although I drink water all day, every day, I’ve taken to drinking Diet Coke in bars and other social situations where you’re expected to be holding a glass of something alcoholic. It looks just like a mixed drink, it contains zero calories, and people just assume you’re going with the flow.
