I mentioned in a previous post that I’ve been using Calorie Counter from about.com on my iPhone to track and share my food intake. It’s not great for planning, but it’s wonderful for logging. Also, there’s an active community of users who comment on and like your reports, so I get feedback that way.

Once there, I encourage you to look around, download the app if you have a smartphone, and sign up for an account of your own to track your food intake. It even breaks down your micro-nutrients and advises you when you’re over or under on a particular recommended daily intake.
