I’ve been going to the gym since September. Some days I do all cardio work. Other days I do a mix of cardio and resistance training using Nautilus machines. It’s on those resistance days that I use a system called ActivTrax to tell me what to do. I completed my 100th ActivTrax workout recently.
Day 100 marked my first day of resistance training since my gallbladder removal. This wasn’t my first day back at the gym since surgery, but it was my first day to do resistance training. I tried to take it easy and ease back into my gym routine. Today, I felt ready. This workout was a long time coming, and I’m glad to be back in the swing of things.
