Recipe Thursday: Health One Meal Replacement Recipes

Since January, I’ve been eating 100% conventional food, and I haven’t posted any new meal replacement recipes.  I know a number of you are Jonesin’ for some Health One Meal Replacement recipes, and I’m going to have a bit of time in the coming weeks to “play with my food.”

What sorts of things would you like to see?  Copy-Cat foods?  Comfort foods?  Finger foods?  I’m thinking about how I could make some baked “Hot Fries” using Creamy Potato Soup.  Post your ideas in the comments section below to give me some inspiration.

In the mean time, here’s a quick tip I overheard at the clinic yesterday.  If you like to make blender shakes and you hate veggies, make your blender shake just the way you normally do, then add a couple of cups of spinach to the blender and whiz it up.  The source of this tip said it makes her shakes creamy, rich, and not at all veggie-like.

Dream it.  I’ll figure it out.
