Thanks for the message, Jennifer! My goal is to show that it’s possible to make healthy weight-related changes. I try to share not only that I’m doing it, but the path I took. Some days I feel like a braggart, which is not my goal. I appreciate hearing that you find reading about my journey helpful. Some days when I’m frustrated or can’t seem to come up with blog topics, I just try to imagine a resource that someone might come across that would be “THE thing” that they needed to get on track.
